Do you remember the post where I mentioned that friend Joan and I visited a town called "Black Duck" in MN.... we got free fabric and I also purchased strips.... these strips cost me a $1 each....well I saw this idea in a book....
You sew the fabric into strips... almost like very long table runners...sew tassels on the end and tie the strips together with ribbon...
The idea came into fruition, and had an airing today at lunch....
